Stage 4 Civil Construction Now Complete

We’re delighted to announce that another key milestone has been met onsite with the completion of civil works for Stage 4 now complete.

This means the roads and footpaths are complete, plus the water, sewerage and power supply are all installed and connected. 

More importantly, titles are being issued this month (February 2026) and purchasers will be able to settle on their allotment to then commence building.
